We’re delighted to share that, thanks to the amazing support of 81 donors, we’ve reached our goal for the “Uno spazioper marte” crowdfunding campaign!

The fundraising project was born out of our desire to take a big step forward: to give ourselves a physical space that would become a reference point for culture in Ravenna. We’ve found a 80-square-metre space in Via Sant’Alberto 19, close to the historic centre of Ravenna and with good public transport links and parking nearby. This space is going to be a place where we can meet up and get creative. We’ll be able to host exhibitions, performances, musical events, artistic residencies and lots more. The money we’ve raised will cover the costs of furnishing the space and the first few events.

The first thing we’ve got in mind is a residency. We’ll be working with an international artist and two young people from the Fine Arts Academy of Ravenna to produce some new work. We’ll be sharing the results of our research with the public at an exhibition at our premises.
